What are instructions for use (IFU)?

Instructions for use provide the information needed to install, operate, and/or maintain devices. IFUs may include product inserts, operator's manuals, administrator guides, and other supplements.

Why can't I find the instructions I need?

If you cannot find a specific IFU, select Contact Us from the navigation at the top of the page. After you submit a request, a Fresenius Kabi representative will help with your request.

Can I see a different revision or version of an IFU?

Select View Document for the IFU. If there is another revision of the IFU available, you will see a green or red box below the document title. A green box indicates the latest revision of the IFU. You will see the text "Supersedes" and a link. Click the link to view the previous revision of the document.

A red box indicates the document is an older revision of the IFU. You will see the text "Superseded by" and a link to the new revision. You may also see a link to the previous revision of the IFU. Use these links to view various revisions of the IFU.

If you cannot find a specific revision or version, select Contact Us from the navigation at the top of the page. After you submit a request, a Fresenius Kabi representative will help with your request.

Can I see an IFU in a different language?

You will see IFUs released in the country and language you selected when entering the site. To change these settings, select the Country/Language option from the navigation at the top of the page. You can select different countries or languages from a drop-down list.

Where can I get a hard copy of an IFU?

To request a printed copy of a manual or other instructions for use (at no charge), please send the following information to eifu@fresenius-kabi.com:

• Product Code or GTIN, and Name of Product

• Document Language

• Ship to Name, Address, Email and Phone Number

The PDF viewer in my browser is not working. How can I see the IFU?

Download or print the IFU if the browser PDF viewer is not working as expected. Downloaded IFUs may be viewed using a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat.

How do I save favorites permanently?

At this time, you will not be able to save IFUs as "Favorites" permanently on the site. If you clear your browser cookie cache or use a different computer, your Favorites page will reset.
